NESBID / BID-FIRST MARKETPLACE

Help & support

Answers to the basics, and a place to report a problem.

Common questions

Does the highest bidder automatically win?

No. The seller chooses which bid to accept. A higher bid does not prevent the seller from accepting a lower offer.

What happens after 24 hours?

The clock automatically starts another 24-hour window and your listing stays visible. Existing bids and offers carry over. Acceptance, Buy Now, or withdrawal stops renewal.

How does payment work?

Nesbid does not collect payment online for this MVP. After a bid is accepted, buyer and seller arrange inspection, payment, pickup, and title transfer in person.

How do I inspect a car?

Message the seller to arrange an inspection. Review the title, known issues, and vehicle history before bidding.

How do I sign in?

Create a Nesbid account with a username, email, and password. Any phone number you add stays private and optional.
