Using Nesbid
Nesbid is an early-access bid-first marketplace. Vehicles are the current launch category. You must be at least 18 and legally able to buy or sell a vehicle. Use accurate information, list only vehicles you are authorized to sell, and disclose known defects and title issues. Do not post illegal content, impersonate another person, or manipulate bidding.
Accounts and verification
Nesbid uses username and password accounts with email as the account contact address. Your listings, bids, messages, saved vehicles, reports, and orders are tied to that account. Phone numbers are optional and private.
Auctions and offers
Auctions automatically renew in 24-hour windows until a deal is accepted or the seller withdraws the listing. Existing bids and offers carry over. Sellers may accept any bid or offer at any time before closing, enable Buy Now, or withdraw an active listing. Acceptance closes bidding and creates an order. Do not place bids you do not intend to follow through on. A bid or acceptance does not itself prove payment or transfer vehicle ownership.
Meetup payment and handover
Nesbid does not collect online payment for this MVP. Buyer and seller handle payment, title transfer, taxes, registration, and pickup in person. Accepted bids do not by themselves transfer ownership. Nesbid does not provide escrow or an independent vehicle inspection.
Problems and refunds
Report listing or order problems through Help. Because payment happens outside Nesbid, payment disputes, refunds, and cash or bank-transfer issues must be handled directly between buyer and seller. Support is not available around the clock.
Early-access limits
Sample listings and photos are for illustration and cannot be purchased. Broader marketplace categories are roadmap goals, not live marketplace categories yet. Vehicle ownership checks and seller descriptions are not independently certified. These operating terms need professional review and complete business details before a broader commercial launch.
